I have been using Insanity which is a cardio workout for the last 2 1/2 wks and I am have great results. You should both check these products out I am feeling like a 16 year old again. And the business aspect of the program is even better..

I am a big advocate of p90x, doing the dvds 3months on 3month off. The 3 months off are spent training for marathons. I hope you do well with this new venture.
